1. What is The Hype Press?

  • The Hype Press is an online clothing retailer that offers up-to-the-minute commemorative sports apparel for your favorite team. We print and design every style in-house, which allows us to provide the highest quality and most competitive pricing possible.

2. How can I place an order?

  • Shopping at The Hype Press is easy! Simply browse our website, select the items you love, choose your size, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping information, and complete the payment process.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We currently accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

  • Unfortunately, we currently only offer domestic shipping .

5. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

6. What is your return policy?

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Please visit our Returns page and you will be directed on how to print a pre-paid return label.

7. How long will it take my order to ship?

  • In most cases, our ordering window will be open for 2-3 days after the completion of the sporting event. Once this ordering window is closed, we will collect all orders, print, and fulfill within 3-5 business days. 

8. What shipping services do you offer?

  • All orders are shipping via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the final weight of the package.

10. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
